 Sabrina and I would like to express our deepest 🙏 excuses for the delays in deliveries and  pre-orders in recent months. 
 We recognize the 😒 inconveniences, the 😡frustrations, the 😤loss of confidence that this has caused, and also our flagrant lack of regular communication and the follow-up of 📧emails/messages. We are aware of the losses suffered. Nothing is voluntary! We are a small business also of 2 peoples 🧔♂️👱♀️. We remain human beings, with an unusual family life 👦👦👦👦👧👧👧(7) through all
this. 
 We too have a lot of money invested in all this, please despite the impatience, it's only fabric. We don't save lives, 🤬be courteous anyway. 
 We spent a lot of time finding alternatives to the current printer. The printers we currently have are in China and Turkey. 
 The Chinese New Year takes place every year from January 20 to about February 20. Meanwhile everything is closed, nothing comes out. A good part of the autumn prints had to be reprinted. They were to be sent before closing, but it was not done. Since then we have been waiting to receive and it would be in about 10 days. Every time you ask for « Where is my order ? », I understand that you have the impression that I always say later than my last answer, but what may have been
delivered is already or very soon and we repeat what the printers give us as information. 
 Upon receipt of the missing items, we will prepare your orders. We do everything possible to speed up the process so that you can receive your items as soon as possible. The new process is now attached to this message. By comparing with the old way of doing things, this may allow you to understand a little more.

Just a last comment, for those who will tell us, you still posting items in stock, promotions and tell "start by delivering our orders first", Walmart and Amazon do not close their website if you do not receive your package, they refund you after a certain time.
